We put our house up for sale because we were anticipating my mother moving in with us and needed something bigger. We met Wayne and Shannon at an open house down the street from us for another house they were selling. When we were ready we called them and within 48 hours we met with them and they were prepared with all the paperwork and comparisons so we could decide on a listing price for our home.
